New Members : Payment isn't required until your membership application has been confirmed by the MRC Committee who will advise you as to the success of your application. Membership will then commence once payment has been received.

FEES & RQLD INSURANCE
• Unless you have paid your fees, you are NOT covered by RQLD Insurance
If you haven't paid your 2019 fees, do not row, do not expose MRC to any insurance claims & or legal costs
• Please pay your membership fees before the end of December 2018, so that you can row in 2019
ACCESS & SECURITY
• The front door code will be changed early in the new year 2019
• You will be informed of the new code on payment of your 2019 MRC fees
• To help maintain the security of the club, please ensure the front door is locked prior to rowing
• On departing the club, please make sure the front door is securely closed
PRIVATE BOAT STORAGE & INSURANCE
If you have a private boat please read & understand the MRC Boat Racking Policy before renewing your 2019 fees.

Item 1.5 — Only fully financial Ordinary, Junior or Life Members shall be entitled to apply for boat storage
Item 4.1 — Neither the MRC nor the Committee, take any responsibility for damage or otherwise to private boats
Item 4.2 — Insurance of private boats & or equipment is the responsibility of the individual owners
Item 4.3 — Owners storing their boats & or equipment at MRC, do so entirely at their own risk
